We put our house on the market during a particularly bad time, high interest rates and the market was flush with homes for sale in our own neighborhood. Celine came in and immediately started marketing our home to the masses, she held numerous open houses, sometimes taking up her whole weekend. She planted plants to spruce up our curb appeal, she weeded the back yard, she mowed, she took care of our pool, all while we were in Indiana trying to take care of my mother and daughter. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement, she is caring, organized, extremely knowledgeable, high energy and so positive. We were consistently blown away by her willingness to do anything and everything it takes to help get our home sold. Celine started providing us targeted housing recommendations that fit what we were looking for, and her authentic communication and the way we felt she was always acting in our best interest quickly stood out and separated her from other realtors in the initial process of evaluating homes. We didn’t realize just how lucky we were to have her as our realtor until we flew down from where we lived to look at houses with her, and she drove to every location with us and had documents ready and was knowledgeable about every location.
