If I could give Josh 10 stars I would. We decided this past winter that we wanted a winter home in Florida. From the second we met Josh he knew exactly what we wanted. He took us to Beachwalk and we knew we found our new home. Josh walked us through the whole process and was in constant contact with us. Even when we made a last minute decision to make a major change to the build, Josh dropped what he was doing and went over to Beachwalk and made it happen. Josh monitored our construction and sent us weekly updates. He was with us on our walkthroughs and made sure we were completely satisfied. Josh is the best!
