We had vacationed on the Gulf side of Florida and liked the area. He went the extra mile--starting with several long phone calls with us as we were in California. He agreed to spend a day with us touring WP and we fell in love with the Brightmore community. Within 2 days we decided to build a house--we were thrilled.
