From start to finish, our experience with Mitch Roberts was effortless and seamless. His pictures of our property were very well done, his knowledge of the current market was spot on, along with his ability to promote the property, itself. Mitch was in constant communication with us throughout, arranged all the items of the closing, including getting us through the title process and a getting a notary. Mitch was very responsive and dependable. He showed excellent knowledge of the market but allowed us to make the decisions even when we were being unreasonable. He was always pleasant and cooperative which we appreciated since we were out-of-state most of the time that the condo was on the market.
