My husband and I met this team in 2004 when going to open houses shortly after we retired early. They showed us several condos in a relatively short period of time. My husband found our condo while scanning For Sale signs in the entrance to a business place and a member of this team arranged the closing since it was a For Sale By Owner situation. My only disappointment was when I chose to list it, so it sold for quite a bit kess than what i had hope, however, my agent gave me guidance but i made the decisions along the way. In the final analysis, i think of this team as favorite family members. I won't be stopping in to an open house anymore since I no longer live in Florida but I think of them fondly and am grateful for their expertise.
