We recently worked with Jan on the purchase of our new home, and this was not our first experience with her. She helped us with a previous purchase, and because of the excellent experience we had then, we knew we wanted to work with her again. Jan has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but having an experienced and responsive agent like Jan made the process much easier. The fact that we chose to work with her a second time probably says it best. From start to finish, our experience with Mitch Roberts was effortless and seamless. His pictures of our property were very well done, his knowledge of the current market was spot on, along with his ability to promote the property, itself. Mitch was in constant communication with us throughout, arranged all the items of the closing, including getting us through the title process and a getting a notary. We do not live in the same area of the condo we were selling, and Mitch took care of everything for us from afar. He is such a pleasure to work with.
