In an age where finding good people can be daunting, Kim and her team are remarkable. My husband and I bought our forever home from her. Previously we had tried another realtor and it was a nightmare. Kim was reliable and completely honest and respectfully gave her professional opinion when needed. My mother recently sold her condo—-Kim was amazing. She walked mom through everything and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was clearly understood. Mom is ready to sell her 2nd condo and Kim is the only realtor—I would consider.

This is our 3rd experience working with Karen and she has been awesome each time. She is very friendly and personable and is very knowledgeable of the different areas around here. Jody and Amber were great to work with. We especially liked their responsivness to our questions and communications with the seller. They were very knowledgeable about the area and gave us wonderful recommendations. This was very helpful as we were doing this long distance. We had one weekend to find a home and they made that happen from setting up showings, submitting our offer, all the way through to the closing. If we ever need a relator in the Venice area again we would use them in a heartbeat.
