Extremely knowledgeable.
It was a pleasure working with Kim. She has a keen knowledge of the market and sold our house in one week. She kept me up to date with information about the sale and kept things running smoothly. I felt the process was not pressured and I felt at ease with her. I would highly recommend Kim Werla as a real estate agent.

Kim was knowledgeable and supportive and we always knew she cared about selling our condo.
Kim is knowledgeable of the Venice Real Estate Market. She gave good recommendations that helped us sell the Condo. Her negotiation style meant that she remained on task, and relevant to the task at hand, rather than default to negotiating on the price. She was conscientious and always returned our calls, voice mails and text messages. She has a positive attitude which makes her a pleasure and joy to work with.

We decided to sell our home and we knew right away who to call to be our realtors, Kim and Tim Werla from Re/Max Alliance in Venice, Fl. who we have known for several years. They both are retired Navy Veterans who have served our Country which we truly appreciate. They got our house sold quickly and got us very close to our asking price! Fantastic support finding and purchasing a new home.
Lisa is truly an exceptional real estate professional who is very easy to work with. She took the time to understand the type of property we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable of various housing areas in the Venice area, she did a great job negotiating my offer to the seller, and she managed numerous responsibilities on our behalf since we were not available onsite for closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor.
