He was always there when we needed him to answer a question or maybe to make a visit to the condo.

Mitch was very responsive and dependable. He showed excellent knowledge of the market but allowed us to make the decisions even when we were being unreasonable. He was always pleasant and cooperative which we appreciated since we were out-of-state most of the time that the condo was on the market.

Tons of personality very good with people. Was familiar with our market and never put pressure on us. I have already recommended him to several friends in Bird Bay. Would use him again. We have bought and sold 8 properties over the past 51 years and this was our best experience.

Outstanding Experience with a Professional and Genuinely Nice Agent

Mitch has tremendous knowledge of the Venice Sarasota County area that went hand in hand with the successful sale of our home.
