From start to finish, our experience with Mitch Roberts was effortless and seamless. His pictures of our property were very well done, his knowledge of the current market was spot on, along with his ability to promote the property, itself. Mitch was in constant communication with us throughout, arranged all the items of the closing, including getting us through the title process and a getting a notary. We do not live in the same area of the condo we were selling, and Mitch took care of everything for us from afar. He is such a pleasure to work with. Mitch was also our rental agent over the years, and, again took care of finding renters, cleaners, and was there for spot repairs. You can't ask for a better agent, renting or selling.
