Great communicator and mediator between buyer and seller.

I was purchasing my home initially while working out of the country and Julia did a fantastic job in helping me to work through the time difference issues that came up along the way. She is an excellent communicator and did very well in working with my wants and needs and getting me a good deal with the selling agent.

Actively pursues selling & provides helpful suggestions and support

We utilized Jennifer to purchase a home and subsequently sell our condo. Jennifer frequently reaches out by text, emails & phone to update you on the process & status of purchasing or selling your property. Communication and negotiation are her strong points. She utilizes multiple means of getting your home out into the market and seen by potential buyers. She was incredibly helpful in making suggestions for staging our condo and in pricing it correctly, which resulted in a contract about 5 weeks! She is friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy and was receptive to our input and suggestions as well. We hardily recommend Jennifer as both a selling and purchasing agent.

Jennifer Gets the Job Done and Makes it Seem Easy!

Friends recommended using Jennifer Russo as a realtor to sell our Bradenton pool home and boy are we glad they did. Jenn is professional, hands-on, creative and a great communicator. Even before the house when on the market Jenn had contacts to help us move our furniture out and have an estate sale. She recommended a few contractors who helped us tidy up the jobs will always meant to do. Once the house was listed, Jenn kept us informed about the local real estate market and was always at our open houses herself to give us firsthand feedback about the results. She even brough bottles of water with her to give to the open house attendees! I cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough. She predicted our home would sell in about 5 months and that is exactly what happened! Do yourself a favor and hire Jennifer Russo as your realtor. You will be happy you did!
