Susan Burmaster was going to be our real estate salesperson long before we decided to sell our home in Florida. Her periodic and up to date U.S. mailings listing current sales within our Florida community indicated to us that she was on top of the sales market in our area. When Susan arrived at our house for her initial appointment with us, she had a printed brochure of the listings of current sales in our area, the near neighborhood, and the Sarasota area. This was our first time selling a home. Susan took her time explaining the sales process. She is friendly, professional, cordial and thorough. She treated us as new friends. During our showings she checked in with us daily. We were fortunate to have had many offers on our property. Susan went over each offer and presented them to us with a handwritten synopsis on each one. After we made our selection, Susan took the time for a courtesy call to each of the sales representatives who had not been selected to update them. Our signing was done remotely. Susan coordinated with the Coldwell Banker Realty Office in our area to witness our paperwork. She followed up to make sure the signed papers were returned to her home office for finalization by the buyer. She followed up with us to make sure the funds from our sale were wired to our account. Our sale went smoothly thanks to Susan's 'TLC'. She got us the best price for our home in Florida. Susan’s professionalism and thoroughness is outstanding!

susan sold many properties in the hidden lakes complex. she knew thea area. she knew that if i bougth liked a condo somewhere in sarsasota what would be the downfalls of the condo complex or positive times of the condo complex. she knew one complex which i liked early on had costution issues. another one that looked good was a place where half of the condos were avabaile to rent out for a short or long time my neighbors could be noisy and moving in and out weekly. another complex i liked was aa area that flooded.

Susan sold 2 condos for me back to back. One in Dec.2018 and one in Jan. 2019. She was professional from the listing to the closing. We were selling my mother's condo "remotely" from Ohio. We were hit with 3 unexpected surprises: 1) the condo association began re-roofing her building right after listing; 2) water leaked into her condo from the condo above hers causing damage; and 3) Hurricane Irma arrived throwing a big monkey wrench in the closing schedule. Could more weird things happen? Susan made over 30 trips to my mothers property to let in inspectors and repairmen, check on repair progress and of course show the property. Through it all, she kept us up to date with timely emails and calls. We couldn't have sold the condo without her "over and above" commitment. She is also very nice and caring, which goes a long way when the going gets sticky.
