Susan Burmaster has been both a listing and selling agent for me. In both cases she proved to be very competent in all aspects regarding real estate. During a purchase as questions arose she always kept digging until there was a staisfactory response. When selling property Susan kept close tabs on the property, making sure there were no problems with the property. This included after harsh storms when the property was vacant.

We were waffling on whether to buy or not, and actually used Susan for FIVE years! She stuck with us, sent us homes to look at, and after viewing several condos in the Sarasota area with us, we ended up buying one site unseen. We trusted Susan enough to do a walk through, reviewing the entire condo for us when we were out of state! She knew the area and R.E. laws, and was invaluable to us. She has continued to keep us informed of the latest R.E. happenings in our area.

I worked with Susan to sell my condo and find my next home. At the last minute the bank I was working with on my mortgage was not able to approve me (not due to anything I had done), I contacted Susan and within one hour she had another lender who could work with me, she sent all the paperwork she had to get me started. While I found the selling and buying a bit frustrating, Susan was not. She was helpful throughout the whole process. I appreciated her input to help sell my condo and her recommendations when I asked for vendors I had not worked with before. Susan was very knowledgeable of the area and I have been happy to stay in touch with her and recommend her to friends and co-workers.
