When it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be! I have never bought a home before and just the thought of buying a home was a bit intimidating! I had rented for years until one day I met Joe Amabile as one of my clients. As we talked for the first time, I told him of my situation of having to move out of my house I’m renting by May 31st. I didn’t know what Joe did for a living and Joe said “You know I’m a realtor, right?” I quickly said “Give me your card!” I didn’t know at the time just how important this chance meeting would be. After exploring some more rental options, I realized I was at a crossroads. Do I keep paying outrageous rent? Or do I bite the bullet and buy? I decided to buy and was determined not to pay these outrageous rent prices!
