We worked with Julia Montei, she is an excellent agent with good communication skills and was very knowledgeable about the market area. She was always available to answer our calls and very helpful with answering all our questions in a timely manner. She worked well with the sellers agent and referred us to a loan officer to help navigate a smooth closing. She is a professional that never missed a meeting or call and was always available with her knowledge to help us make some hard decisions. We would recommend her to new buyers because she is a hard worker who cares about her customers. Debra was such a blessing to us when we hired her to sell our home. She is a professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. She knows the market and helped us to come up with the perfect price to sell our home. She is an expert with staging homes and we felt like she brought out our home’s best features. We needed to sell our home, while building a home in another state. The timing was very sensitive, and Debra was a great help. Debra anticipated all our needs and took care of our home while we moved our household to another home in another state. This included meeting every appointment from the bug man to the inspectors.
