When it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be! I have never bought a home before and just the thought of buying a home was a bit intimidating! I had rented for years until one day I met Joe Amabile as one of my clients. As we talked for the first time, I told him of my situation of having to move out of my house I’m renting by May 31st. I didn’t know what Joe did for a living and Joe said “You know I’m a realtor, right?” I quickly said “Give me your card!” I didn’t know at the time just how important this chance meeting would be. After exploring some more rental options, I realized I was at a crossroads. Do I keep paying outrageous rent? Or do I bite the bullet and buy? I decided to buy and was determined not to pay these outrageous rent prices! From what I understand, Joe has helped many first time homebuyers like myself who were in similar situations, find their first home. I didn’t qualify for much, but Joe helped me find the home that was in my budget and one that I’m very happy with. Mortgage rates do increase with property tax and insurance I get it, but as of this year, I’m coming in $500-$600 lower a month than rent! Thanks again Joe!

Great Job on the sale of our home. We had a buyer to start with so the process went smoothly. Being rookies at this it did take longer than expected. Inspections and fixing items that needed took a little time. Staging the house for the one open house we had was done excellently by Debra. The photographer she used for pictures and the video was above and beyond. The listing looked great. We have recommended her to others who might be interested in selling.
