I was new to Florida but Christa was fantastic at helping me learn the area and find good value in my purchase. Christa negotiated a complex purchase agreement which included multiple property sales on my end and excellent escrow terms that allowed the deal to work for buyer and seller. Christa’s professionalism did not end at purchase close but was very helpful in getting the right vendors to assist in making the property the way I wanted it. It has been almost a year from close and I still rely on Christa for advice and professional contacts. Best realtor I have had the pleasure to work with!
