Painless experience!
MaryElizabeth is top notch! She was prepared, always doing research on the area and current market, super easy to reach and great at communication. I never expected to have an agent always be available and willing to do anything to make selling my home feel so effortless. MaryElizabeth is professional yet very down to earth. I will refer her to anyone I know who is in the market to buy or sell a home.

Julia, is a true professional
Julia, is a true professional. She is organized and helped keep me on track through the process of buying a new home and selling my current home. She is incredibly knowledgeable of this market and has her finger on the pulse of what is happening now. Julia also makes the processes fun. She is a joy to spend time with and has a great sense of humor. I can only say that anyone who works with her is in outstanding hands!!!

Julia was amazing
Julia was amazing. We moved from Ohio to Florida and only had one day to look at houses and she spent most of the day driving around showing us houses. Once we made an offer she also helped us through any issues that came up. So we’re so happy with our experience

Best realtor ever!
Jocelyn’s knowledge and professionalism are excellent. She aways helped me with any questions or problems that I had. She utilized her contacts to find a painter for the outside of my house and when my hot water tank sprang a leak the day prior to the inspection she found someone to fix it prior to the inspection. Her insight into a what the buyers were thinking, was amazing. I would highly recommend her to be your realtor.

In a word, "Awesome!" Billie and Tom went the extra mile for us. Really! It's nice when you're "genuinely" treated like family! We are very picky consumers, but they were just as determined as we were to find the right price and condominium for us. The video chats onsite of each property we wanted to see, were just invaluable to our search. Especially since we were 'out-of-towners,' and looking for just the right place in Florida! There's just no better team of realtor's than the Chipain Group! Thanks guys, we love what you did for us (airport pick-up too) and the support you continue to provide "after" the sale! We've never experienced such special attention to detail as this. You should be proud of what you have built. We definitely appreciate your time and effort! Super Satisfied Buyers
MaryElizabeth prepared us months before we arrived by sending us listings from areas we liked; when we were ready to look, she sent us a list that we liked 5 of 8 and bought the 2nd one we saw. Her efficiency, knowledge of all the neighborhoods and the local business areas, was so relaxing - we felt at home before we bought. We had reservations on one property, but that was our uncertainty; once we decided what we wanted, our offer was in within the hour. We are so happy with M.E., we highly recommend her.
