In 2021 I met Pan Steele by just walking into her office in Siesta Key. When I described what I was looking for Pan told me about 1035 Seaside. The timing for our family was perfect because we were really looking for something a few years out. We put a deposit down on the last remaining precondition condo on the beach side and expressed interest in moving higher or to a corner condo. About 6 weeks later at 9PM one evening Pan called me and said the corner condo on the 4th floor came back on the market. We made the move to purchase it immediately.
