In 2021 I met Pan Steele by just walking into her office in Siesta Key. When I described what I was looking for Pan told me about 1035 Seaside. The timing for our family was perfect because we were really looking for something a few years out. We put a deposit down on the last remaining precondition condo on the beach side and expressed interest in moving higher or to a corner condo. About 6 weeks later at 9PM one evening Pan called me and said the corner condo on the 4th floor came back on the market. We made the move to purchase it immediately. We have had constant communication with Pan and she has been extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend her as a realtor!

I found Anita through a mailer she sent me after I was unable to sell my property with another agent. Her approach and knowledge of the market caught my attention as I sifted through prospective agents. Anita was on top of every aspect of the sale including helping me find contractors for work I needed done pre-listing. Throughout the time we were on the market we had a major hurricane hit but Anita wasted no time in helping me reposition the listing and she creatively brought in clientele. My home was a challenge as it was bigger than most in the neighborhood, and had a mother-in-law suite in place of a garage, meaning a very unique buyer was needed. In the end we had multiple offers on the property and her advice along the way was wise and well-researched. Any time she was not sure she found out (usually within the hour). As a business professional myself, I was quite impressed, Anita comes with my highest recommendation. I am already working on another transaction with her as I write this a few days after closing the last. Go with Anita, or good luck.
