My positive experience with Debra started on the first day we met. We arrived late for an open house she was hosting, we pulled up as she was packing up her car and instead of turning us away she invited us in for a private showing. First impressions mean everything! Over the course of my Florida condo hunting, Debra was always available for a showing or a phone call. She is very knowledgeable on the Sarasota and surrounding area markets and offered great advice. She offered a very honest opinion about the properties we looked at and gave me a good education on critical items to look for that are unique to Florida.
