My positive experience with Debra started on the first day we met. We arrived late for an open house she was hosting, we pulled up as she was packing up her car and instead of turning us away she invited us in for a private showing. First impressions mean everything! Over the course of my Florida condo hunting, Debra was always available for a showing or a phone call. She is very knowledgeable on the Sarasota and surrounding area markets and offered great advice. She offered a very honest opinion about the properties we looked at and gave me a good education on critical items to look for that are unique to Florida. Debra was never overbearing and only showed me condos in my price range and had a good understanding of the features, size and amenities I was looking for in my new home. Being in Michigan and not available for the closing of my condo, Debra did the video walk through with me to make sure everything was acceptable, she even coordinated and met with the locksmith after the closing to secure my condo until I could get to Florida! Her organizational skills were amazing too. She kept me on track with the time lines and numerous tasks that needed to be completed for a smooth closing. I have never experienced this kind of assistance with any realtor that I have worked with. I highly recommend Debra for any real estate transaction and look forward to working with her again.
