My wife and I decided to buy a condo in Siesta Key as a vacation home. We first met with Anita Darvai when she showed us condos on the Key. She was very friendly and showed us all the common areas and amenities. Anita knew everything about the community we liked. She even showed us the income projections for the home we chose in case we wanted to rent it out. Anita Darvai did a good job finding exactly what we were looking for and made the transaction very easy going for us. She helped us get insurance and she recommended contractors as well for the future remodeling. Anita helped me stage the house, organize the cleaning process, hosted Open Houses every weekend and found many prospective buyers. She created very beautiful printed brochures with the house. Anita was very successful in bringing interested people to see the place. She was working very hard for me. My wife and I wanted to take the time to give Thomas and Billie Chipain a review that is well-earned and deserved!!! Our introduction started out as a visit with family, who were looking for another place and had just begun working with Tom and Billie. We asked if we could tag along just to get an idea of the area and what homes were going for. My wife and I have always wanted to find a Florida escape, and the opportunity happened to come up on the very trip we met Tom and Billie. There was an open house in a neighborhood we were familiar with. We went through the open house not planning on making a purchase. When we got back to where we were staying, my wife and I spoke and decided to see if we could get prequalified. We could and we did. Which now brings us back to Tom and Billie. After we had tagged along for two afternoons with Tom, Billie and our family members, it was obvious who we wanted to use as our realtors! Yes realtors!
