In 2021 I met Pan Steele by just walking into her office in Siesta Key. When I described what I was looking for Pan told me about 1035 Seaside. The timing for our family was perfect because we were really looking for something a few years out. We put a deposit down on the last remaining precondition condo on the beach side and expressed interest in moving higher or to a corner condo.
