Shoot, where do I start? If I said that Jan was patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and just plain awesome, I’d be falling way short of telling you about Jan. Tony was very professional. Her strong suit was communication. She not only answered all our questions, she also anticipated what we needed to know during the process.
