Kyle is an outstanding realtor! Professional and motivated!!! His market knowledge based on many factors, not just comps, gets your property priced correctly to sell. He is up front about things to do in order to sell quickly, but always leaves decisions in your hands of improvements to make or not, before listing and even after inspections. He also has connections with people to do the work and he always presents at least 2 options and encourages you to use your own if you want. You tell him what communication you want, and he delivers. I had 3 siblings I wanted included in updates via text weekly and with any important points in the sales process, and he didn't miss a beat. Everyone was pleased with his professionalism. Before Kyle, we used another realtor who held one open house and showed the property 6 times in a year with one offer that ended up too low for us to even consider.
