We were looking for a house in Port Charlotte for about a year. We found a house and called the realtor which happened to be Afra by the time we got there the house had a contract, but she continued to work effortlessly to find us our perfect home. She is such a great realtor, quick to respond, honest communication and really listened to what we wanted. She made it an effortless experience for us from Missouri! She’s a great realtor! And super knowledgeable of the area.

Bill was extremely professional throughout the entire process and very patient as we looked at very many homes before finally deciding on the one for us. From there Bill was extremely thorough and constantly communicated with us keeping us updated throughout the process. He made everything so easy and we felt very good knowing the transaction was being kept a close watch on by him. We highly recommend Bill!
