Our experience with a real estate agent when we moved to town was so horrific that I knew that when we sold that I would only have the best. This was our 9th new home purchase and when it came time to sell after living here for almost ten years, I was locked in as to who we would choose. I have watched her career and her home sales throughout the years and I just hoped we would connect on a personal level. We sure did! I experienced a health crisis just after we signed our contract to sell and I immediately panicked. Carla is so kind and patient, she supported us through and on the market we went. She and her team know everything about the real estate business, that is evident when you speak with any of them. What sets them apart to me is that not only are they genuinely nice folks, they are also determined bulldogs ( we are Georgia fans,lol) when it comes to getting your house SOLD! Even in this tough market, they dug in and got the job done. Another thing I particularly liked was that an agent from the team was always present when the house was shown. You don’t have to worry about locking up your valuables. They are also present to give extra insight to the property and surrounding areas if needed. So thank you Carla and the NIX TEAM!
