Once the buyer accepted the counteroffer Laura kept me well-informed about what was happening in the next steps. When it came time for me to move, Laura graciously offered to stand in for me while the moving company loaded their truck. This allowed me to leave the house several days early knowing that I had a trust-worthy representative making sure that my belongings were successfully loaded.
