About Brenda

I am originally from the Detroit, Michigan area. I moved to Charlotte County in 1986 from a bustling metropolitan area to a then, sleepy, waterside community. I started my real estate career in property management in 2004, growing Elite Home Management of SW Fla Inc, very quickly. A few years later I moved forward to add seasonal rentals with EHM Rentals. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and through continuing education have earned the certifications of BPOR, PSA, RSPS and SFR and hold the designations of GRI and SRES with The National Association of Realtors. Living in this community for 35 plus years with 19 plus years in real estate, including property management, seasonal rentals and sales I bring to the real estate transaction the knowledge and experience required to help buyers and sellers realize their dreams.

Easy and accessible

House sale

We are from the UK and selling a property in the US is very different. Brenda was extremely helpful in explaining the process, her experience knowledge and advice was invaluable. The selling market was slow but Brenda read the market well that enabled us to sell in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brenda to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

Brenda was very professional in helping us sell our property.
