It was apparent from the first few minutes of our meeting that she had a solid understanding of what we needed to do to sell our family member's home quickly, the price point for listing, and how the extensive upgrades to the home might not garner the original listing/selling price we had in mind. We worked with Jan on and off for 2 years and continuously for over 7 months before finally purchasing a home in FL. We weren’t difficult clients, but we also weren’t easy clients. We made multiple offers on multiple properties and even backed out on two occasions throughout our journey, and I’m sure she was holding her breath until we actually closed on the house we finally purchased. We live across the country and Jan often went above and beyond working on our behalf. She’d set up showings and tour houses with us via FaceTime. She’d measure rooms, meet with contractors, check out areas and so much more. Throughout this process, she was our realtor but also became our friend.
