Liz was very professional and knew the market in Punta Gorda. She helped me purchase this condo from Colorado and was willing to meet friends and my contractor at different times to show them the unit. I haven’t bought a lot of homes in my life but this experience has been the best one yet. Liz took her time with us, provided phone videos of the property and narrated as she toured the different rooms. She helped to provide names for closing and insurance companies as we are from out of town. Overall we would recommend Liz to all looking for properties to buy or sell.
