ABOUT ME
Just call me Kathi O, please!
I was born smack in the middle of our country in the great state of Kansas and like the tornado that swooped up Dorothy, I have whirled around the United States! After living and working in 45 states, I found paradise in Southwest Florida and live on Manasota Key in Englewood.
Working in the marine industry for years, I found “second” homes (cruisers and pleasure yachts, runabouts and fishing boats) for people who love the water as much as I do. Now, I’m taking that experience and finding my customers their perfect “land based” dwellings! Whether you are interested in buying or selling residential or commercial properties, I am ready!

Attentive, knowledgeable, patient!
So grateful for Jim. He actually reserved time from his busy schedule to accommodate us during our week long visit in July. His expertise, knowledge of the area , and patience with all our questions was appreciated so much. Even after our purchase, Jim has been there for any questions regarding the sale of the condo. We also appreciated the advice he gave regarding the search for qualified property managers in the area. Since we live so far away, we needed to rely on Jim in so many areas. Our level of confidence was never in question regarding Jim. I will always be grateful that we found each other.

Excellent agent
Jim always had the answers for me. I could contact him at any time and he would respond quickly. I depended on his expertise because I was unfamiliar with Florida law. I always felt confident with his guidance.
