Attentive, knowledgeable, patient!

So grateful for Jim. He actually reserved time from his busy schedule to accommodate us during our week long visit in July. His expertise, knowledge of the area , and patience with all our questions was appreciated so much. Even after our purchase, Jim has been there for any questions regarding the sale of the condo. We also appreciated the advice he gave regarding the search for qualified property managers in the area. Since we live so far away, we needed to rely on Jim in so many areas. Our level of confidence was never in question regarding Jim. I will always be grateful that we found each other.
