Alex is a 3rd generation Englewood native with deep family ties in the community, giving him a unique knowledge of the area and a robust network of Buyers and Sellers.
He graduated from the University of Florida with a BA in Business Administration, and a specialization in pre-law, providing him an aptitude for the complexities of Real Estate Law.
Alex also studied Real Estate Principles, Consumer Behavior, and Marketing, giving him insights into the psychology of Real Estate, the latest marketing tools, and also allowing him to get his Real Estate License while he was still in college.
While many of his family members practiced medicine locally, Alex decided that his passions were better suited to helping customers with the sale of their most valuable assets and ensuring their satisfaction during this process. This path also allows him to be connected with Englewood and its residents, which is very important to him.
Alex's hobbies include playing ice hockey, which ironically as a Floridian he was able to play most of his life, fitness, and nutrition.
A second generation Floridian and 50+-year resident of Southwest Florida, Carla's first hand market knowledge of the area and surrounding waters, exceptional customer service and marketing programs earned her the Five Star Real Estate Customer Satisfaction Award 9 years in a row, Women’s Council of REALTORS Exceptional Realtor Award 2009 to the present and 2007 REALTOR of the Year. Carla enjoys the Florida lifestyle with her husband, three grown children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

His first year in the business, with an average sales price of $ 45,000, he sold just under 2 million dollars of real estate. Soon David became the top producer in his office.
David has been involved in real estate education for 40+ years having personally taught over 7,000 agents, brokers and managers.
Currently, David is Managing Broker and the Director of Education for RE/MAX Alliance Group
David served as the 2020 President of the Realtor Association of Sarasota & Manatee, as well has held many positions at the Association. He has served as Vice Chair and Chairman of many committees.
David served as the 2021 President of the RASM Realtors Charitable Foundation, and currently serves on it’s Board of Directors.
David has been involved at the state level at Florida Realtors for many years serving on multiple committees as well. His largest involvement has been on the RAJC, and on the Contract subcommittee as well as the Forms Committee where he has been involved for the more than 10 years, and serves as the 2024 Chairman.

Three Time recipient of REALTOR OF THE YEAR award; Once in 2015, and again in 2022 David received the REALTOR OF THE YEAR award from the Realtor Association of Sarasota Manatee, an association of over 9,000 real estate professionals. It is the highest honor bestowed upon a member of the Association. Once again in 1993 at his Pennsylvania North Penn Board of Realtors.

Finding Our Forever Home—All Thanks to Karin’s Incredible Dedication!
We met Karin at an open house and immediately felt a genuine connection with her. Just a few days later, we sat down at her office to explore potential homes—and from that moment on, she truly went above and beyond. She quickly arranged 15 showings in the next two days! We were decisive because we knew exactly what we were looking for—and Karin absolutely delivered. It didn’t take long for us to find the perfect fit, and we were under contract with a closing in less than a month. Throughout the entire process, Karin was incredible. She shared so much valuable knowledge about SW Florida, always communicating openly, honestly, and professionally. She was knowledgeable, answered my questions with real solutions with out pressure.
Karin was responsive and an understanding listener, she contacted helpful contractors, got quotes promptly, and helped resolve issues without any pressure to decide immediately. She was the most trustworthy realtor I’ve ever worked with of maybe a dozen experiences, from Seattle to RI to Florida. All my questions never seemed to frustrate her or change her cheerful disposition! If I ever need another realtor in the area it would be Karin.

The sale of our house was handled in such a way that Karin left no doubt we were in the best hands!
From the first meeting with Karin, her knowledge of selling real estate and the marketing required became clearly apparent. As we listened more, her openness in communication and professional demeanor comforted us completely. We canceled our other Realtor interview. Karin offered guidance on preparing our home for listing day. We complied. Our house sale was poised for its best chance for success. After two open houses and 12 days, we had 2 offers. Karin offered careful wisdom to reasonable negotiations and we had an accepted offer! Every detail cared for and we were always kept updated. The sale is now done. If we had to do it again, no doubt, Karin would be our only call.
