From the first meeting with Karin, her knowledge of selling real estate and the marketing required became clearly apparent. As we listened more, her openness in communication and professional demeanor comforted us completely. We canceled our other Realtor interview. Karin offered guidance on preparing our home for listing day. We complied. Our house sale was poised for its best chance for success. After two open houses and 12 days, we had 2 offers. Karin offered careful wisdom to reasonable negotiations and we had an accepted offer! Every detail cared for and we were always kept updated. The sale is now done. If we had to do it again, no doubt, Karin would be our only call.

She kept our preferences in mind and never tried to sell us on a property just to be selling a property. Karin went above and beyond to provide utility and various service resources as we were out of state buyers. Karin lined up numerous properties for us to see without hesitation and spent the entire day with us. When we were back in our home state, Karin was gracious enough to show us properties via video media. Sometimes providence just happens. We met Karin by chance and struck up a conversation about homes and neighborhoods. We had been in the market for about 3 months, but when we narrowed our search down to 2 primary builders (for new builds) and a few specific locations (for new and resell properties), that's when Karin shined. Her local knowledge of the Venice/Englewood/Wellen Park communities was extremely helpful. Not only did Karin successfully represent us as a Buyer's Agent, but another family member relocating to FL just contracted on one of Karin's listings in our new neighborhood of Boca Royale.
