She was the most trustworthy realtor I’ve ever worked with of maybe a dozen experiences, from Seattle to RI to Florida. All my questions never seemed to frustrate her or change her cheerful disposition! If I ever need another realtor in the area it would be Karin.

From the first meeting with Karin, her knowledge of selling real estate and the marketing required became clearly apparent. As we listened more, her openness in communication and professional demeanor comforted us completely. We canceled our other Realtor interview. Karin offered guidance on preparing our home for listing day. We complied. Our house sale was poised for its best chance for success. After two open houses and 12 days, we had 2 offers. Karin offered careful wisdom to reasonable negotiations and we had an accepted offer! Every detail cared for and we were always kept updated. The sale is now done.
