Did a Fabulous job in putting our house on the market, the photography was Fabulous. It was listed late Thursday, had 2 showings on Sat morning was sold by Monday. Jan was Wonderful in keeping in touch with us since we were living in another state, always answered our questions very time we talked. We Both Highly recommend her. She is a Very Caring Agent.

We worked with Jan on and off for 2 years and continuously for over 7 months before finally purchasing a home in FL. We weren’t difficult clients, but we also weren’t easy clients. We made multiple offers on multiple properties and even backed out on two occasions throughout our journey, and I’m sure she was holding her breath until we actually closed on the house we finally purchased. We live across the country and Jan often went above and beyond working on our behalf. She’d set up showings and tour houses with us via FaceTime. She’d measure rooms, meet with contractors, check out areas and so much more. Throughout this process, she was our realtor but also became our friend.
