She helped us with a previous purchase, and because of the excellent experience we had then, we knew we wanted to work with her again. Jan has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. Throughout the entire process, she stayed on top of every issue, followed up promptly, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We especially appreciated her strong negotiation skills and her ability to guide us through the various decisions that came up along the way. Buying a home can be stressful, but having an experienced and responsive agent like Jan made the process much easier. The fact that we chose to work with her a second time probably says it best.
