Jan is an amazing person. I was in Sarasota at the time when I ran across an ad she had placed in a local magazine. I called and I knew at the moment I spoke with her I had the right agent. We made an appointment to look at listings and she just didn't stop helping with information not only about listings, but keeping me informed of all the local events, services, and happenings. After a few visits and meetings she suggested I visit the little village of Venice. I fell in love with the local ambience because of her suggestion. I met Jan when I was looking at a house she was showing, and I just enjoyed talking to her from the very start. She's easy to get along with during a very, for me, stressful time of house searching. She's very good with details, looking up serial numbers and all that stuff to really find out as much information that she can about all the particulars in each home. Everybody she referred to me was wonderful too, such as the inspection people and the title office. All top of the line - like she is! I'd be happy to use her services again if the situation presents and definitely give her a thumbs up, top of the line approval. It's been great getting to know her and she was so very helpful.
