Working with Jan was great, she is very professional and personable. My wife and I purchased a new construction home in 2022 which we ended up having to sale shortly after due to relocation. We put the home up for sale in March of 2024. It took longer than expected to sell the home as unfortunately the market took a hit from current economy/rates causing an excesive inventory of homes to be parked. Jan never gave up, she resiliently hosted open houses every weekend, followed up with potential buyers and agents, always on top of things and was quickly responsive at all times. The whole process was smooth, she handled everything from start to finish. I would totally recommend to anyone and would work with her in the future.

Jan is an amazing person. I was in Sarasota at the time when I ran across an ad she had placed in a local magazine. I called and I knew at the moment I spoke with her I had the right agent. We made an appointment to look at listings and she just didn't stop helping with information not only about listings, but keeping me informed of all the local events, services, and happenings. After a few visits and meetings she suggested I visit the little village of Venice. I fell in love with the local ambience because of her suggestion. I knew then this was the place and the agent for me.
Jan did a wonderful selling our home. We are snowbirds and couldn't be present during the selling process. Jan managed the showings, hosted several open houses and negotiatied with several potential buyers on our behalf, all while we couldn't be there in person.
