During the selling of my house she listened to what I wanted and we collaborated to do what was best so that I would sell my house at a the best price. I met Jan when I was looking at a house she was showing, and I just enjoyed talking to her from the very start. She's easy to get along with during a very, for me, stressful time of house searching. She's very good with details, looking up serial numbers and all that stuff to really find out as much information that she can about all the particulars in each home. Everybody she referred to me was wonderful too, such as the inspection people and the title office. All top of the line - like she is! I'd be happy to use her services again if the situation presents and definitely give her a thumbs up, top of the line approval. It's been great getting to know her and she was so very helpful.

Jan was our agent in Florida during a stressful remote purchase of our new home. After living in Maryland for over 30 years, we decided to sell our home and purchase a new home in Florida.
