Jan is an amazing person. I was in Sarasota at the time when I ran across an ad she had placed in a local magazine. I called and I knew at the moment I spoke with her I had the right agent. We made an appointment to look at listings and she just didn't stop helping with information not only about listings, but keeping me informed of all the local events, services, and happenings. After a few visits and meetings she suggested I visit the little village of Venice. I fell in love with the local ambience because of her suggestion. I knew then this was the place and the agent for me.

Jan did a wonderful selling our home. We are snowbirds and couldn't be present during the selling process. Jan managed the showings, hosted several open houses and negotiatied with several potential buyers on our behalf, all while we couldn't be there in person. We trusted her to act in our best interests, and she didn't disappoint. We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again should we decide to buy again in southwest Florida.

Jan was an amazing real estate agent from beginning to end. She did a super presentation to myself presenting how she would market my house and all things she would include. During the selling of my house she listened to what I wanted and we collaborated to do what was best so that I would sell my house at a the best price. Jan always advocated for my best interests I so appreciate. She was prompt in getting back to me whenever I had questions or concerns regarding the whole selling process. I met Jan when I was looking at a house she was showing, and I just enjoyed talking to her from the very start. She's easy to get along with during a very, for me, stressful time of house searching. She's very good with details, looking up serial numbers and all that stuff to really find out as much information that she can about all the particulars in each home. Everybody she referred to me was wonderful too, such as the inspection people and the title office. All top of the line - like she is! I'd be happy to use her services again if the situation presents and definitely give her a thumbs up, top of the line approval. It's been great getting to know her and she was so very helpful.

Jan was our agent in Florida during a stressful remote purchase of our new home. After living in Maryland for over 30 years, we decided to sell our home and purchase a new home in Florida. Jan came highly regarded by our Maryland agent, and in the first phone call, I knew she would be easy to work with and responsive to our needs and wishes.
