Working with Jan was great, she is very professional and personable. My wife and I purchased a new construction home in 2022 which we ended up having to sale shortly after due to relocation. We put the home up for sale in March of 2024. It took longer than expected to sell the home as unfortunately the market took a hit from current economy/rates causing an excesive inventory of homes to be parked. Jan never gave up, she resiliently hosted open houses every weekend, followed up with potential buyers and agents, always on top of things and was quickly responsive at all times.
