Karin was responsive and an understanding listener, she contacted helpful contractors, got quotes promptly, and helped resolve issues without any pressure to decide immediately. She was the most trustworthy realtor I’ve ever worked with of maybe a dozen experiences, from Seattle to RI to Florida. All my questions never seemed to frustrate her or change her cheerful disposition! If I ever need another realtor in the area it would be Karin.

Katy was a great agent! We had to back out of one contract due to health reasons and she was very understanding and kind. Here we are settling on a house in March!
