She was great about navigating me through all the intricacies of preping my home for sale and what to expect, or not, around the process. She was very much hands on and kept me informed as things progressed. Very personable and would use her again, if the need were to arise.

Because she was so direct and gave us a good estimate based on the market as it shifted (YES home prices based on the market are a moving target!) but we weren't disappointed when our home sold in the range she told us because she kept us informed and did not sugar coat what was happening in the housing market.
