Because she was so direct and gave us a good estimate based on the market as it shifted (YES home prices based on the market are a moving target!) but we weren't disappointed when our home sold in the range she told us because she kept us informed and did not sugar coat what was happening in the housing market. We're so grateful for her guidance.

Irina would always make time to help us through the homebuying process.
