An avid boater and beach lover, Pam and her husband found paradise when they moved to Florida in 2003. Pam has started and run several businesses and always loved working with, and getting to know, her customers. She worked in human resources for many years where her business skills and ability to connect to people allowed her to quickly move into a senior role. Pam has always loved home decorating and home design, and in 2010 became a Florida Real Estate & Certified Staging Professional. Pam has received numerous top producer awards and designations including At Home With Diversity, but nothing pleases her more than the look on the face of a satisfied client. Pam is a member of the Venice Board of Realtors, the Florida Realtors Association and National Realtors Association as well as Transformation Staging & ReDesign & Feng Shui for Real Estate Staging.
Pam loves to stage her listings and feels this special feature helps to sell her listings faster and for more money, some recent numbers show that homes that are staged sell 70% faster for 10% more money.

I am a graduate from Marshall University, earning a BBA in Finance & Economics in 1991, and was a member of Alpha Tau Omega.
I have worked as a Marketing Manager for fortune 100 companies to include Humana and AT&T. I have owned a website development agency for the past decade and begin my career in real estate in June of 2020. I believe Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas offer an extraordinary landscape and communities that enhance and enrich the incredible Florida lifestyle. With my background in Digital Marketing, I am well versed in the technology needed to bring potential buyers to your property online.
I am married with four adult children and our family companion is Watson who is an English Shepherd with a newly acquired love for the wildlife in Burnt Store Lakes. My wife and I enjoy recreational activities such as kayaking, golf, the beach, and my love of cooking has “deemed” me the chef of the house. My wife and I moved here from Louisville KY where we were involved in volunteer activities for the following nonprofits: Brightside, Down Syndrome Association and we both served on the board for West Louisville Boys and Girls Choir. Our children are following their dreams in Real Estate, Human Rights Law, Modeling and Education. My wife works for Canon Solutions America as the strategic technology advisor for the state of Florida.
Since May of 2019 we have called Burnt Store Lakes home and have enjoyed the beauty, community, friendships, and atmosphere of our lovely new home in Burnt Store Lakes and the wonderful city of Punta Gorda!

Smooth process from start to finish
Working with Barbara made the whole selling process easy and stress-free. She was calm, sensible, and kept me informed every step of the way without being overbearing. She was always proactive and helpful, giving great advice while letting me make my own decisions without any pressure. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and the entire experience was genuinely positive. I’d gladly work with her again and very happy to recommend her.

Excellent Experience
Pam helped us sell a very unique property. Her communication was always clear and timely. Because of the complexities of our property she spent a lot of time learning about requirements for rebuilding after a hurricane and also educating herself on the rules and regulations surrounding our HOA. She put together a beautiful video and listing to help sell our property as well. Pam is friendly and sees the sale through to the last detail. We were very thankful to have Pam see us through this complex transaction.

Pam sold a property that other realtors couldn't!
We highly recommend Pam for your real estate needs. We had a property that prior to working with Pam was listed by multiple agents over a multi-year period without any success. Once we hired Pam things changed and the property quickly sold! We were very pleased with the entire experience.
