We are from the Northeast and our plan is retiring to FL. When we contacted Eric, we were full of indecision--purchase land and build, condo, single family home? We weren't even sure where in FL we wanted to call home. We had a few phone conversations with Eric reviewing our likes, dislikes and budget and flew down for a few days to meet with him and visit the Punta Gorda area. He was there every step of the way through the whole trip from helping us set up hotel accommodations to arranging two full days showing us an array of properties. We could see that he had listened to our wish list and wholeheartedly cared about helping us through the process. He and his wonderful wife took extra time to give us a tour of the area and shared their love of Punta Gorda.
