Eric Caudy

I am a graduate from Marshall University, earning a BBA in Finance & Economics in 1991, and was a member of Alpha Tau Omega. I have worked as a Marketing Manager for fortune 100 companies to include Humana and AT&T. I have owned a website development agency for the past decade and begin my career in real estate in June of 2020. I believe Punta Gorda and the surrounding areas offer an extraordinary landscape and communities that enhance and enrich the incredible Florida lifestyle. With my background in Digital Marketing, I am well versed in the technology needed to bring potential buyers to your property online. I am married with four adult children and our family companion is Watson who is an English Shepherd with a newly acquired love for the wildlife in Burnt Store Lakes. My wife and I enjoy recreational activities such as kayaking, golf, the beach, and my love of cooking has “deemed” me the chef of the house. My wife and I moved here from Louisville KY where we were involved in volunteer activities for the following nonprofits: Brightside, Down Syndrome Association and we both served on the board for West Louisville Boys and Girls Choir. Our children are following their dreams in Real Estate, Human Rights Law, Modeling and Education. My wife works for Canon Solutions America as the strategic technology advisor for the state of Florida. Since May of 2019 we have called Burnt Store Lakes home and have enjoyed the beauty, community, friendships, and atmosphere of our lovely new home in Burnt Store Lakes and the wonderful city of Punta Gorda!
