My name is Polina Iakovleva, and I am the Real Estate Agent at Preferred Shore in Sarasota, Florida. I graduated from State University in Russia and received a Master of Arts degree in History. Ten years of work experience in the education management system and PR let me get a lot of practice and legal knowledge background. In 2013, my family moved to Florida from Russia and established a family run construction company. From there, I worked closely in the Florida real estate market. I strongly believe each real estate transaction is unique. It is not just a sale or purchase – it is a significant lifestyle change. Originally from Ohio, Michele grew up in a family with three Real Estate Brokers, and real estate is definitely a natural progression with her upbringing. Thorough with so much attention to detail and excellent communication and follow up.

Boni and I got connected by accident, but I don't really believe it was an accident. It was really meant to be. As my first time ever going through this process, I had so many questions and concerns and it was not an easy process, but Bonnie kept it together and really showed me that she was on my team and that I could trust her through this process that she had my best interest at Hearts. Rory sold our house quickly in a tough market.

Rory has a solid reputation in The Inlets and understands the market. He gave us tips to stage our home and priced it to sell. Rory and his company have a HUGE online presence and we got lots of hits...one of which turned into a sale. He also hosted many Open Houses and they were well attended. We strongly recommend him and he was a pleasure to work with.

Wouldn't have wanted to use anyone else!

Valerie took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and presented a variety of options that helped me narrow down where I wanted to be. She was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout every step of the process. Once I found a property I liked, she went the extra mile by showing me comparable homes with similar square footage, which gave me confidence in my decision. The home I chose already had built-in equity based on those comparisons, which was a huge plus. At no point did she make me feel pressured or rushed—she always made sure I was comfortable with every decision. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner for my first home-buying experience!

Very Good to work with.

Bridgette was excellent. New the area well and new exactly what we were looking for. Always able to get a hold of and answered all of questions. If you are looking for your Dream House then you want to work with her.
