Living in Boston we had visited Sarasota a few times on vacation before we decided to sell our home and relocate. Carissa seemed to be highly recommended on a few Facebook groups. At first we thought we wanted to be in LWR but also had no idea of so many other gated community options in Sarasota. We did a few phone calls from Boston with Carissa before moving. We rented for a year in Palmer Ranch while we explored anywhere from LWR to S.Sarasota to Wellen Park in Venice. Sarasota/Venice is so big that Carissa wanted us to decide our preferred location before pushing forward which is understandable. There are so many factors to weigh (resale, new build, amenities, location, schools to name a few). Ultimately we decided on attempting Skye Ranch, but they weren’t initially building the floor plan we were interested in. Carissa has a great relationship with a lot of the sales people (as we saw in Skye Ranch) as well as I’m sure LWR. She was able to negotiate us a great deal with incentives when the floor plan we wanted became available again, and likely due to her relationship with sales office also they were in touch with her when another opportunity arose. She was knowledgeable in recommending an inspector she knew to hold the new builder accountable to document issues that either needed to be resolved before closing or included as items on to-do list post closing. She also went above and beyond to make closing day feel really special and memorable. We are so happy in our new home and location and thankful to have used her.

Carissa was with us throughout the process from purchasing an unbuilt home, through design options and up to and through move-in. Caeissa was our eyes and ears sense we were remote buyers and couldn't attend all the functions in the construction of the house. We heavily relied on her experience and expertise and followed her suggestions and everything she recommended turned out to be the perfect direction in which to proceed.
