Very responsive on a difficult deal with a 1031 exchange with a kick out clause for a property that needed to be sold to purchase the property

I had a property owned by me and two brothers. We lived in three different states and only I was half a year in Florida. Our property needed several fixes before it could be sold and I wasn’t always able to be on sight. Jo-Lee helped with numerous issues In construction,obtaining necessary items from the condo association and others. We could not have put it on the market without her!Then she sold it quickly.
