Very responsive on a difficult deal with a 1031 exchange with a kick out clause for a property that needed to be sold to purchase the property

I had a property owned by me and two brothers. We lived in three different states and only I was half a year in Florida. Our property needed several fixes before it could be sold and I wasn’t always able to be on sight. Jo-Lee helped with numerous issues In construction,obtaining necessary items from the condo association and others. We could not have put it on the market without her!Then she sold it quickly. A great experience! I can’t recommend Jo-Lee any higher. A great person to boot.

Jenn, Lisa, & Kirsten were quick to respond to my request to sell my condo. They helped me with the listing, had professional materials to show off the condo. My husband had passed away and I needed to move back to MI to live with my sister. When the listing came out on a Tuesday, they had scheduled two interested buyers. By the weekend a couple were very interested and offered a quick sale because it was cash. When the buyer’s offer came in it was too low for me. So Jenn negotiated until we agreed.
