Very responsive on a difficult deal with a 1031 exchange with a kick out clause for a property that needed to be sold to purchase the property

I had a property owned by me and two brothers. We lived in three different states and only I was half a year in Florida. Our property needed several fixes before it could be sold and I wasn’t always able to be on sight. Jo-Lee helped with numerous issues In construction, obtaining necessary items from the condo association and others. We could not have put it on the market without her! Then she sold it quickly. A great experience! I can’t recommend Jo-Lee any higher. A great person to boot.

Jo Lee has now done five real estate deals for us here in the Holmes Beach area. She is by far the most knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy agent I have ever worked with. She is also always available when you need her. Every transaction has been made easy for us due to her work ethic.

Barb helped me through a very difficult time. I live out of state, father passed and mom went to cognitive care. Since I am POA, I had to make all decisions from afar; she made sure everything was explained thoroughly and kept constant communication. I was not able to make it to FL for closing and she assisted with POA and notary, among other things. I am grateful for all of her help and kindness. I would recommend her to anyone.

Troy understood what needed to be done to make the property competitive with other units up for sale and had connections for getting the work completed.

Always timely in her communication. Prompt in follow up. Direct in her feedback and direction.

They’re available to answer questions, and kept us updated throughout the process.

Lisa and Jenn are phenomenal realtors. They listened to our wants and needs and only showed us properties that fit our requirements. Their negotiating skills were superb and they really care about their clients. You cannot go wrong with this dream team. I highly recommend Key Seekers for your real estate needs.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel during a challenging market. We were so thankful to have her working with us to get the job done. We started as folks who just needed to sell a house, and along the way came to respect and appreciate all that Rachel brought to the table. She was fair, honest, ethical and hard working. We are thankful for the part that she played in the sale of the house. It certainly was such a rewarding experience for us. She was everything we needed and more!

I highly recommend Echo Belser. She is highly knowledgable and professional. She was on top of things every step of the way! Echo was easily reachable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience!

The Echo Belser team was Awesome. Jackie and I are beyond grateful for everything that Echo our real estate agent did for us. She was fast, creative listened carefully and know exactly what we needed. She brought passion and high energy to the sale of our home. The entire process was made easy and stress free. Her drive to get results with a roof complication was unbelievable, and the results speak for themselves, our house sold in just 3 days. What could had been a very stressful situation was handled by her with professionalism, positivity and constant support. We could not be happier with the results and highly recommend Echo and her team to anyone buying or selling a home!!
