Very helpful th

Barb helped me through a very difficult time. I live out of state, father passed and mom went to cognitive care. Since I am POA, I had to make all decisions from afar; she made sure everything was explained thoroughly and kept constant communication. I was not able to make it to FL for closing and she assisted with POA and notary, among other things. I am grateful for all of her help and kindness. I would recommend her to anyone.

They definitely would be our first choice for a referral to friends and family.

They were very quick to respond to all questions and with on site assistance. They were extremely helpful in activities that occurred after we came back to Canada. They were popular within the neighbourhood of our home as evidenced by the clients they had.

Highest reccomendation possible...

We did not choose Troy and Barbabra as the agens for the tranaaction, the sellers did. However, we are very glad they did. As first time buyers in Florida, we need a lot of extra hand holding. Their communication and professionalism was outstanding. But even more importantly, Troy and Barbara were genuinely kind, generous, and honest people. With no reservations, the highest reccomendation possible. We will without fail use them again for any future sale of real estate in Florida.

Very happy with the sale of my Dad's mobile home.

Under difficult circumstances Barbara was able to help me sell my Dad's mobile home from his estate in Bradenton. She was a big help with getting the home ready to sell with suggestions that would bring more interest to perspective buyers. I live in Indiana and everything had to be done remotely. She helped me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Barbara and Troy.
