Barb helped me through a very difficult time. I live out of state, father passed and mom went to cognitive care. Since I am POA, I had to make all decisions from afar; she made sure everything was explained thoroughly and kept constant communication. I was not able to make it to FL for closing and she assisted with POA and notary, among other things. I am grateful for all of her help and kindness. I would recommend her to anyone.

We did not choose Troy and Barbabra as the agens for the tranaaction, the sellers did. However, we are very glad they did. As first time buyers in Florida, we need a lot of extra hand holding.
