Lindsey and Bo were amazing throughout the entire process. I needed to sell a relative’s home after he passed away, and since I live out of state, they helped with everything — from hiring local movers, cleaners, lawn care, and even helped with canceling the utilities after closing. They gave me great advice on what was — and more importantly, what wasn’t — necessary to get the house ready to list, and their pricing was spot on. We had multiple showings right away and two offers within the first 24 hours, including one $5,000 above asking. Most of all, Lindsey and Bo were just genuinely nice, helpful people. I never felt like they were trying to “sell” me on anything or push me toward a decision. Instead, I felt like I gained two new friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

We think Alice is super. She went above and beyond to anticipate issues and resolve them. For example, she learned that a subcontractor had filed a lien against every unit in our condo association. This would encumber closing not just for our condo, but any others being sold. Alice worked with the association and management companies to make sure this was resolved. Speaking of management companies, she helped us close when the association was in the middle of changing management companies. Alice assisted with the challenging task of reconciling dues and assessments owed between the two companies to ensure a smooth closing. Alice even tried to help us take care of as much of the process remotely and assisted with the disposition of a car we no longer needed to the amazing buyers of our condo.
