Linda brings her expertise in business administration and marketing, supported by an MBA, to provide the team's operational and marketing leadership. As a certified home stager, she helps clients maximize their property's appeal and market value through thoughtful preparation and professional presentation. Keri Andino brings more than 15 years of real estate marketing, sales, and brokerage experience to RDB Group. Excellent experience despite challenging market

We had a very challenging home sale, but we were incredibly fortunate to have such a great realtor by our side throughout the process. From the beginning, Julie was professional, responsive, patient, and truly committed to helping us get through all of the obstacles that came our way. This was not an easy transaction, and there were definitely some frustrating moments, but Julie remained calm, communicative, and persistent. They kept us informed, worked hard to find solutions, and never made us feel like we were handling the challenges alone. We truly appreciated their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. Selling a home can be stressful under the best circumstances, and having a realtor who genuinely cares and stays in your corner makes a huge difference. Use this Realtor!!!!

What can I say about wonderful Julie Franklin that would make you dash to your phone and hire her immediately? She is a delightful well organized, personable agent. She goes above and beyond in helping you and informing you of every detail regarding your experience. We were selling and she definitely met our expectations. Updated us constantly and had a plethora of referrals for additional companies for additional assistance we needed, painters and handyman, etc. We are delighted to be using her again for the sale of another house. Love her and she's funny, too!

Very knowledgeable in the Selling and buying process

We thank Fevil for doing a nice job with the house showings, managing prospective buyers and giving them the needed information during the walkthrough. It is a very tough market to sell properties, so it did take a while to make the sale. As a realtor, he is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making the entire process as smooth as possible. We really appreciate his guidance, especially his knowledge on title company procedures, closing timelines, and Escrow details . He made sure every detail was looked into and advised us accordingly . Thank you Fevil, for all your hard work and for helping us successfully sell our home.
