What can I say about wonderful Julie Franklin that would make you dash to your phone and hire her immediately? She is a delightful well organized, personable agent. She goes above and beyond in helping you and informing you of every detail regarding your experience. We were selling and she definitely met our expectations. Updated us constantly and had a plethora of referrals for additional companies for additional assistance we needed, painters and handyman, etc. We are delighted to be using her again for the sale of another house. We had no idea the night we met Julie and her husband that we met the best in Manatee County. She made us feel very comfortable from start to finish. She help us with comparables and asking price witch we where clueless of. We know better but she made us feel like we were her only client. Communication with Julie was amazing!
